How does UK delivery work?
According to our current shipping policy, standard UK delivery is free. Selaa aims to process and dispatch orders within one working day, with an estimated standard delivery transit time of two to four business days after dispatch. Delivery services and estimates for your particular order are shown at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. International delivery, where offered, depends on the destination and the options displayed at checkout.
What if I need to return something?

Where do returns go?
Selaa uses shared warehouse and returns facilities provided by Choice Fulfilment in Plymouth. Please check the returns policy and contact the team before posting an item so that your order can be correctly identified and handled. Choice Fulfilment handles the physical return at the warehouse; Selaa remains responsible for the order and refund.
