🔄 Returns Policy (UK – Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Certain items may be excluded from returns, including personalised goods, perishable items, or sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.

🌍 Returns Policy (International)

For international orders, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any associated fees. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-collection, we can either resend the order (shipping cost payable by the customer) or issue a refund minus the original shipping charges.
