📦 Shipping Policy (UK & International)

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.

All UK orders are sent via a fully tracked 24-hour service and usually arrive within 1–2 working days. Please allow an additional working day for deliveries to the Channel Islands.

All European and international orders are shipped using tracked international mail with duties paid, and delivery typically takes between 4–7 working days from dispatch.

If a delivery is not received and is returned to us (for example, due to non-collection), we can either reship the order at your cost or issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
