Made in England and compiled in Studio Wald’s Leeds studio, this beautifully illustrated flower press features delicate botanical line drawings across a maple veneered board. The compact 15cm square size makes it ideal for pressing flowers collected during walks, in the garden, or from your allotment.
The press works by gently flattening and drying flowers between layers of paper and corrugated card. As moisture is absorbed, the flowers preserve their shape and colour, allowing them to be used in craft projects, journaling, card making or botanical collections.
Inside the press you will find 5 sheets of corrugated card and 8 sheets of sugar paper. These layers create space for pressing multiple flowers at once while allowing airflow to support proper drying. The sturdy nuts and bolts system keeps the press securely tightened, ensuring consistent pressure across the layers.
A folded A7 instruction leaflet is included to guide beginners through the simple process of assembling the press and starting their first pressing project. Whether you are collecting wildflowers on countryside walks, pressing garden blooms from your borders, or introducing children to nature crafts, this press provides a simple and enjoyable way to capture botanical memories.
