This tent style crop cage goes up in minutes and keeps birds and common pests away while letting in plenty of light and rain. The durable 8 mm square mesh is purposely sized to exclude cabbage white butterflies, so your brassicas can grow without caterpillar damage. It is just as useful over strawberries, salad beds and young seedlings.
A tough fibreglass pole frame forms a stable dome with generous headroom so leaves do not rub. Two full length zipped openings meet in the middle to create a wide doorway for watering, weeding and harvesting. The sewn in skirt has eyelets around the base and ground anchors are included so you can pin the cage down securely on soil or raised beds. When the season ends, the whole unit folds quickly into the supplied stuffer bag for compact storage.
