RHS Pepper Sweet Corno di Toro Rosso Seeds produce long, elegant Romano style peppers with deliciously sweet flesh, thin skins and very few seeds. This much loved Italian variety is prized for its flavour, versatility and attractive fruits, which can grow up to 25 cm long under the right conditions.
Plants produce smooth, tapered red peppers that are perfect for slicing into salads, grilling, roasting or using in cooked Mediterranean dishes. The thin skins and sweet flavour make this variety especially popular with home cooks who want peppers that are both productive and full of taste.
Corno di Toro Rosso has been awarded the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit, recognising its reliability, strong performance and consistent results in UK growing conditions. It performs particularly well when grown in a greenhouse or warm, sheltered outdoor position during summer.
